We are PRIME, a project of Foundation for a Path Forward.

PRIME is a 1-month AI upskilling program with up to 12 months of concurrent full-time career support. We work with you to land a meaningful job — not just any job.

Our mission.

Foundation for a Path Forward (FFPF) helps people who've been forcibly displaced build careers in Canada. PRIME is our flagship program — an AI upskilling sprint with 12 months of full-time career support. We work with refugees and forcibly displaced people who are ready to work, and we connect them with employers who value the people we send.

PRIME builds on the track record of our predecessor program, Coding in Colour Academy. That work taught us what makes a placement stick: training that's relevant to the job, coaching that doesn't end at graduation, and employer relationships built on trust.
